Our Story
WSA was created to build a community where women feel connected, empowered, and confident—not just to apply, but to thrive in the Strategy program and beyond.
Strategy thrives on diverse perspectives, yet women still comprise only around 20% of the program. WSA is here to change that.

Our mission is to help women overcome self-selection bias by providing the support, resources, and encouragement needed to step forward and succeed. Since launching, we’ve been overwhelmed by the support from women across programs, reinforcing what we’ve believed from the start: women belong in strategy.
We’re excited to continue growing this incredible community of capable, driven women who will change the world through bold ideas and problem-solving. Join us—we’re just getting started!
